The internship project went well because i got to experiece the real reastraunt life I shouldve have been more faster in the kitchen it stands out that I learned alot more kitchen skills

I would tell the softmores going into internship next years is to look into internships now don't wait til last minute because it's better to start early than later and to take internship seriously
Internship has inspired me to persue my dream and go to culinary school after college and to become a chef and work in a reastraunt
I really appreciate the time and work the chef s took to teach me what it's like To be in the Kitchen and I have a new respect for any chef because of how much work they have to do

for my pol im going to do a slide show and i am decided right now if i want to use notes or notIve learned quite a bit about responsibility mainly because people are actually counting on you you can't just get away from doing your role
So far the internship has been great and i have really enjoyed the project work has been good so I know what it likes to work in a reastraunt and i learned more leadership skills and
There are so,e school differences like instead of reading or writing I'm cutting and bussing but I feel there are some similarities like a chef is the teacher and that the socialness during bussing is similar because all of the other busters are in my generation and are really young
Through out the internship you really need to learn how to be a leader and expect the unexpected so I think that's what I'll take back
